Our Commitment: Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
1. Defective or Damaged Products:

- Resolution: Upon verification of the defect or damage, we will promptly arrange for a replacement product at our expense or issue a full refund.
2. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees (for Defective/Damaged Products):
- For products confirmed to be defective or damaged, Faithful Creations (12268906 CANADA INC.) will cover all associated return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and instructions for returning the item.
- No restocking fees will be applied to returns of defective or damaged products.
3. Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges only for products that are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, a replacement product will be sent to you at our expense after the original item's assessment. We do not offer exchanges for non-defective products.
4. Refund Process:
