Faithful Creations Shipping & Delivery Policy

Faithful Creations is a brand operated by 12268906 CANADA INC.

1. Shipping Destinations:

  • Faithful Creations proudly ships to customers within Canada and the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping outside of North America.

2. Order Processing and Cut-Off Times:

  • All orders are custom-made and processed from our fulfillment center located in Montreal, Canada.
  • Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before this time on fulfillment days will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Fulfillment Days: We process and prepare orders for shipment from Monday to Saturday.

3. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times consist of Handling Time (the time it takes us to prepare your order) and Transit Time (the time the carrier takes to deliver it to you).
  • Handling Time: Please allow 0-1 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time (from order placement):
    • For Canada: Expected delivery within 1-8 business days.
    • For United States: Expected delivery within 3-11 business days.
  • Please Note: These are estimated delivery times. While we strive to meet them, they are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific destination.
  • Our shipping rates are tiered by weight. You will see the exact shipping cost for your order before completing your purchase.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for United States orders):

  • For orders shipped from Canada to the United States, customs fees, duties, and taxes may be applied by the destination country's customs agency. The customer is solely responsible for all such charges upon delivery. Faithful Creations (12268906 CANADA INC.) is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

6. Shipping Delays:

  • Faithful Creations (12268906 CANADA INC.) is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our direct control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking your order and providing updates in such events.
